Last updated: November 3, 2025

1. Introduction

Welcome to Label Intern, a platform designed to help artists and teams manage music releases and related digital assets. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Label Intern application, including its integrations with Google Drive and other connected services. By using the application, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the service.

2. Description of the Service

Label Intern allows authorized users to connect their Google Drive account through the OAuth 2.0 protocol to automatically create folders and subfolders for artists and releases, and upload assets related to those releases. The application only acts as an intermediary and does not store, view, or modify your data outside of your connected Google Drive account.

3. User Responsibilities

By using the service, you agree to:

  • Use it only for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable laws.
  • Ensure that you have proper authorization to upload and manage content in your connected Google Drive account.
  • Avoid uploading or sharing material that infringes intellectual property rights or contains unlawful content.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your credentials and tokens issued by Google's OAuth process.

4. Data Access and Permissions

The application requests only the minimum necessary Google Drive permissions required to:

  • Create folders and subfolders within your Drive.
  • Upload, update, and organize files you select through the Label Intern interface.

Your Google account data is accessed only with your explicit consent, and can be revoked at any time by visiting: https://myaccount.google.com/permissions

Label Intern does not store your Drive files, and tokens are used securely and temporarily to perform your authorized actions.

5. Security

We use industry-standard security practices to protect the information exchanged between the application and Google's APIs. However, you acknowledge that no online system is completely secure, and you use the service at your own risk.

6. Termination of Use

You may stop using the service at any time. If you wish to revoke access to your Google Drive, visit your Google Account Permissions page. Label Intern reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the integration.

7. Modifications to the Service and Terms

We may update these Terms or modify features of the application periodically. When significant changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date and may notify users through the platform. Your continued use of the service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

Label Intern is provided "as is" and "as available." We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use the service, including any loss of data from external storage platforms.
